Leslie Young (CAMS, CBCP) - As Director of Marius International Spain, Mr. Young leads the company's daily management and strategic operations.  Prior to joining Marius International, Mr. Young served as the Managing Director of European Operations in Zurich, Switzerland for the Bank Administration Institute (BAI), a leading provider of training and enhancing solutions for the financial industry.  Mr. Young has also served in senior management positions with Andersen Consulting / Accenture and Haydrian Corporation and as a member of the strategic advisory board at Apex Venture Partners.  Mr. Young holds an International MBA from the Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien in Vienna, Austria and the University of South Carolina.

Mustafa Syed - Mr. Syed is the founder and Director of Marius International Pakistan.  He holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science with specialization in software development.  Mr. Syed is a frequent guest speaker on Anti-Money Laundering, Identity Management, Public Key Infrastructure, E-Commerce and many other fields of computer and management sciences.  With over 34 years of experience, Mr. Syed has worked in many areas of information technology in Pakistan to include Data Center Operations and setting up the first ANSI X9.79 compliant data center in Pakistan.
